- Verify guardian and pickup information carefully.
- Use staff overrides only when authorized and record truthful reasons.
- Do not share pickup codes.
- Do not publish child records or check-in information.
Public-page standards
Do not publish:
- Confidential member, child, or guardian information.
- Hate, threats, harassment, or illegal content.
- Misleading donation statements or impersonation.
- Malicious links or files.
Account security
- Do not share magic links or active sessions.

Enforcement
CommonPlateGiving may hide public content, block unsafe activity, or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect churches, donors, users, or the service.
